Patrick’s teaching is drawn from the 5,000 year old tradition of yoga and rooted in ancient texts and practices but integrated and applied in a way that is relevant to the unique and modern world in which we live. Patrick Franco, E-RYT 500 is the Director of YogaRenew, the world’s largest online teacher training platform.Patrick has been practicing and leading yoga classes for 20 years. After his initial 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, he completed an additional 330 hours of study at the the Iyengar Institute of New York. Outside of yoga, he is also a dad, and Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in New York State.
Kate Lombardo - Kate Lombardo is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and the Director of YogaRenew, the world’s leading online yoga teacher training program.
